Grateful Day #55

Today I am grateful for flags - all of them. I love the ones that folks put on their homes whether they be American flags or decorative flags. Today I was running around - trying to be six places at once when I noticed a house with a flag. The house was a regular, middle-class home - not a mansion... just a home, with a flag that said, "Live, Love, Laugh". And I thought, yep, that was meant for me. It made me think ... so what if the laundry doesn't get all done or the floor doesn't get mopped. I have a dear friend who is absolutely positive that no one ever put on their tombstone, "I wish I had spent more time cleaning". For the record, our flag right now wishes everyone visiting or just driving by a "Happy St. Patrick's Day!".

So, please, today, try to Live, Love & Laugh. And remember, I'll come to your house anytime for a cup of coffee - regardless if your laundry is all folded and put away or if you've dusted.
