Grateful Day #47

Today I'm grateful for friends & Satchel's. Today I had lunch with a wonderful super friend at Satchel's. I didn't want to talk about anything related to the health-care field. No offense, health care field, I'm just tired of doctors, paperwork, pharmacies, insurance, therapists, etc...
I wanted 1 hour where anything medical was a taboo topic. I wanted to talk about anything else. And that's exactly what I got.

I am grateful that we got to sit outside in a booth, enjoy the sunshine and eat the most delicious pizza on the planet. Never been to Satchel's? Then you don't know what you're missing. If you're ever in Gainesville, make sure you visit Satchel's. It's one of the best two restaurants here in town. Don't expect anything fancy, but be sure to bring your appetite.

So, I'm grateful I got to escape for a few hours today. It was absolutely fabulous. Oh, and yes, the pizza was very good, but the company was better. :-)
